The Recording Notification Service is an opt-in email alert service that allows the property owner to know when an official record is recorded in their name or on their property. This service is provided at no charge by the Register of Deeds Office.
Apply for email alerts by any names you would file your documents under. If a document is filed with any of your subscribed names, RNS will notify you by email. This service helps to protect you if you are a target of property fraud. If you receive a notification, please contact the Register of Deeds for more information.
