If you are pregnant and a teenager, low income, or at risk this program is designed for you.

Mother & Infant Program health services are preventive health services for pregnant and postpartum teens and other high risk mothers and their infants. There is NO COST for these services.

Mother & Infant Program services include laboratory testing, nutritional management, education, social services, and referrals.  staff provide an ongoing assessment through out your pregnancy up to one year after birth.

The Mother & Infant Program nurse also provides resources to additional support services such as Community Access Center, My Family, Four County Mental Health, Healthy Start Home Visitor, and WIC. Project Before, Early Head Start, Parents as Teachers, Midwest Pregnancy Center, Greenbush Birth to Three Program, and Maternal & Infant Clinic in Independence.
