Job Description
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a vacant deputy sheriff position within the agency. KLETC Certification is preferred but not required as we will train the right candidate. Salary is based on experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED Equivalent
- No Felony or Misdemeanor convictions
- Must be able to pass a background investigation, psychological test, pre-employment drug testing
- No Brady / Giglio issues
- Be able to work 12 hour shifts, holidays, and cover shifts with very little notice
