The Montgomery County Attorney is accepting applications for an assistance county attorney. Applications are accepted until position is filed. Start date is as soon as possible.
Qualifications: Must be licenses to practice law in Kansas.
Position Summary: This is a professional position responsible for the prosecution of felony, misdemeanor, and CT cases. No appellate or Juvenile work/cases. The position requires jury and bench trial work.
Compensation: Starting salary $50K to 60K, depending on experience. Excellent benefits package.
