The Board of County Commissioners, three members and the County Clerk present, met in evening session at 7:00 PM.

CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Lewark-Wood.
INVOCATION: Commissioner Tucker.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Commissioner Fowler.

TRANSYSTEMS PRESENTION ON STATE STREET DRAINAGE:
Mr. Shawn Turner and Mr. Terry Emert representing Transystems, presented a power point presentation on the drainage problem and solutions recommended. Those present were: Public Works Coordinator Robert Bever, Public Works Acting Road Supervisor James Roberds, Tim Crossman of the Copan Lake Office, Emergency Preparedness Director Jim Miller, Louis Wood Caney City Administrator Don Whitman, Caney City Clerk Carol Coker, Caney City Mayor Dale McBride and 11 Caney residents affected by the drainage problem.
Several pictures were presented by one of the residents on the damage being done by erosion of the soil when the water is high.
The question was asked how the drainage from the football field affects the State Street problem. Don Whitman will check with the school officials.
Shawn Turner and Terry Emert will check some other avenues for helping with the problem as suggested by the residents.
Dale McBride welcomed the Montgomery County officials and thanked them for seeking a resolution to the problem.
