BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MONTGOMERY COUNTY, KANSAS OFFICIAL MINUTES June 10, 2004
The Board of County Commissioners, three members and the Deputy County Clerk present, met in special session at 8:30 AM for the purpose of conducting county business.

CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Hey. AGENDA APPROVAL: The agenda will be Executive Sessions with interviews to follow.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Mattix to recess to Executive Session at 8:35 AM to return at 9:05 AM to discuss non-elected personnel. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Taylor. ROLL CALL VOTE – Commissioner Hey - Yes Commissioner Mattix - Yes Commissioner Taylor - Yes
Returned to session at 8:55 AM with no action taken and no decisions made.

ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Hey to recess to Executive Session at 9:00 AM to return at 9:30 AM to discuss non-elected personnel with James VanSchaick, Waverly, Kansas present for interview. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Mattix. ROLL CALL VOTE – Commissioner Hey - Yes Commissioner Mattix - Yes Commissioner Taylor - Yes
Returned to session at 9:25 AM with no action taken and no decisions made.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Hey to recess to Executive Session at 9:30 AM to return at 10:00 AM to discuss non-elected personnel with Billy Roberts, Coffeyville, Kansas present for interview. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Mattix. ROLL CALL VOTE – Commissioner Hey - Yes Commissioner Mattix - Yes Commissioner Taylor - Yes
Returned to session at 10:00 AM with no action taken and no decisions made.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Hey to recess to Executive Session at 10:05 AM to return at 11:00 AM to discuss non-elected personnel with Wilbur Schwatken, III, Sycamore, Kansas present for interview until 10:35 AM. Commission continued Executive Session with only the Board present from 10:35 AM until 11:00 AM. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Mattix. ROLL CALL VOTE – Commissioner Hey - Yes Commissioner Mattix - Yes Commissioner Taylor - Yes
Returned to session at 11:00 AM with no action taken and no decisions made.
