BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MONTGOMERY COUNTY, KANSAS OFFICIAL MINUTES December 22, 2003
The Board of County Commissioners, three members and the County Clerk present, met in regular session at 9:00 AM at the road viewing site located at CR 3200 and CR 1350.

CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner Taylor. ******** ROAD VIEWING: Those present for the viewing at CR 3200 and CR 1350 were: Kirt Fryer, Phil Clubine, Anita Clubine, Randy Clark, Don Wallace, Barbara Curtis, Board of County Commissioners and the County Clerk. A letter of support for the closing was read from Robert Broadway. A covenant to be placed on the deed for access and road maintenance was discussed. Commissioner Hey asked the closing be tabled until agreements are made in writing. Commissioner Mattix stated he was not ready to make a decision today. Commissioner Taylor agreed the closing should be tabled. The issue will be placed on the agenda for 9:15 AM on January 5, 2004.

OTHER COUNTY BUSINESS:
1. Cereal Malt Beverage License – Kelli-Mart, Elk City.
ACTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Hey to approve a Cereal Malt Beverage License for Kelli-Mart, Elk City, Kansas. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Mattix. ROLL CALL VOTE – Commissioner Taylor - Yes Commissioner Hey - Yes Commissioner Mattix - Yes RES. NO. 03-171
ADJOURNMENT: 9:30 AM
